Bought a knife block online, was decent enough but just didn;t work with our knives or in the position we intended so we returned it. It was way too heavy to post (no collect plus or similar prepaid return label) so we contacted customer services to ask if we could return it to a shop. We could and it was hassle free (other than having to go to the shop). Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, but a smoother and better explained returns process would have saved time all around.
This is one of the few websites I've used who actually go to the effort of adding their own opinions and advice to the product pages. It's so useful to get this extra insight before buying. Also free postage and very competitive prices make for a winning package.
