I ordered collection of a parcel to be picked up on Monday 12th Nov. 2012 and had to pay premium price as it wasn't being picked up from my address. As the parcel hadn't arrived by the time it should have (Tues 13th) I checked the tracking number to see where it was, I found out that it had been scheduled to be picked up on 23rd November! When I tried speaking to someone via the 'chat' facility I was fobbed off with all sorts of excuses and finally asked if I wanted the parcel to be picked up the following day! No proper apology for causing me to lose a customer (who the parcel was for) and no offer of any form of compensation.
I WOULD NOT recommend this outfit to anybody,
