Firstly there were numerous issues with the delivery. Clearly the logistics team had not considered that the flat was in central London and therefore parking could be an issue. They kept calling me (wwho wasn't even at the property) to ask where to go, when I made suggestions they ignored them and then got the office to call me and ask where to park. This charade went on for almost an hour - a total waste of everybody's time.
Secondly and MOST infuriatingly. I purchased a king size mattress from another retailer as I have back problems and require memory phone which doesn't fit the kingsize bed you supplied the bedstead is slightly too small. NOT GOOD
I was delighted with the service I received from flash bay. It was efficient and they made great suggestions as to which product was relevant to both our business and brand. I would be happy to recommend flash bay to anyone.
