poor quality and bad management

i had to take my second jacket back for the same complaint stitching coming apart from around the arms, the manager at the merryhill store refused to exchange the jacket saying it was against there policy ,clearly he doesnt know about the sale of goods act 1979 which is if goods are faulty they must be exchanged or repaired ,i found him very sarcastic and abusive ,i said i would be going to trading standards and his reply was "go ahead then i dont care about trading standards " a wonderful attitude i thought for a so called manager he alsorefused to give his name and gave us a fake phone number for customer services i have managed to get the number from trading standards but to date i have had no joy from superdry ,i used to buy a lot from superdry but after this i dont think i will bother
