Uterly Shocking Service!!!

I recieved an email yesterday to say my parcel would be delivered today 13/11/12 I check this mornind and it said parcel will be delivered between 17:18 and 18:18. So i left work early in order to be in to sign for parcel. Sitting waiting and nothing checked my emails and have discovered an email saying that they tried to make delivery but no answer. It says on it landmark (brown door) and that there has been a calling card left. I can assure you the secure entry door to my flats is Red as are all the door in my flats and there is NO calling card. I have checked with all my neighbours and they do not have a card. (thinking the delivery driver put card through wrong door). I have now had to call to rearrange delivery tomorrow and hope for the best.I will never recommed DPD or use this service again.

It sounds as though our driver went to the wrong address, I'm sorry for any inconvenience that was caused.

I see the parcel was delivered this morning, was everything okay?
