Whenever I phone these people they are unfailingly nice and cheerful. They are extra helpful, going out of their way to find exactly what you are looking for. Prices too are very competitive particularly considering the fact that they do not charge for postage which means that when you run out of something unexpectedly in the morning a replacement can be in your hot sticky little fist by the following morning without you having to fork out huge postage for a little tube of paint. (Or whatever)
The term I would use is " worth their weight" .
