found it very easy to find the right hotel to suit our demands very detailed conformation was greatly appreciated i also thought the text i recieved the day before our journey saying they had personally contacted the hotel to double check our booking which is the first time i have had this i thought this was very professional and welcome to the point that i will definetly be using hotel direct again
