Very good product, good comms and very quick delivery!!!

Ordered the Samsung UE55ES8000 55" Series 8 SMART Full HD 3D LED TV, fantastic TV!! Ordered via Internet on Sunday, got a dispatch email on Monday, two phone calls on Tuesday (I missed the first one) to say item would be delivered on Wednesday!! Guys turned up, had a discussion in back of van to check I got the right TV, brought it into house. I'd read previous reviews on customer's experiences on delivery guys insistence on checking item for damaged so I was prepared. I opened the box while they were present so that both parties were happy there was no physical damage. My experience of their customer service has been brilliant, but it does seem looking at other reviews all does not go well all the time, but for me on this occasion, TOP MARKS GUYS!!!!
