Groupon customer service is pants
I'm sick of Groupon. It seems they are now scraping the barrel to get companies to sign up to offer a deal. I have purchased several deals in the past. O Spa never delivered, Groupon didn't want to know and refused to refund. Other beauty deals reasonable but staff moan about how badly Groupon treats them so you end up feeling bad for them and giving a huge tip so no discount there then, restaurants - hit & miss, usually struggling businesses trying to drum up business and when you get your meal you know why. Now it seems to be only Indian restaurants offering deals. My biggest gripe is when a company fails to honour Groupon don't want to know. I find now that many of the deals and available cheaper on Amazon, Ebay or online. I've also used KGB deals, no problems getting customer support or refunds with them.

Nothing but an advertisement catch up
I'm totally sick of repeatedly watching the same ads every time I want to skip on. I understand ITV is reliant on advertisers but I get so infuriated it makes me never want to shop or buy from those suppliers. OK, play ads at the beginning of the show but then allow the user to skip them thereafter. Hate hate hate IT player, a complete waste of time.
