I have had a few problems with BooHoo now. One of which included me getting the CEO involved. Whilst yes this is a low cost clothing website, there is a massive lack of customer service. Everything is a standard script with no ownership taken of anything and there is little flexibility. The quality of the clothing is poor and this is reflected in the price, buttons not sewn on properly, seams coming apart on more than one occasion but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately due to their high turn over of stock, there is no possibility of exchanges which is understandable but they really should make their clothes of better quality so that I do not have to mend clothes before I have even tried them on because I like the garment and can't be bothered to go through the rigmarole of returning item and then ordering a new one paying delivery again and then waiting forever for a refund of the first item and then hoping the second one does not have the same faults. Far too much effort for a £10 cardi. I had a credit on my account so have been using this up but I am consistently disappointed with the quality. Very poor returns system, takes ages to get confirmation and it would be nice if it was more personal. The old adage of you get what you pay for is perfect for BooHoo. Not entirely sure how they won an online retailer of the year award.
