After phoning to confirm his arrival time, Mark arrived promptly and carefully explained the mechanics of the scheme options. He stopped frequently to ensure that we understood the content of his presentation.
At our follow up meeting (some weeks later) he presented a summary of different schemes and outlined the benefits and pitfalls associated with the different proposals.
