I couldn't tell if the transaction went through. I sent a request to customer service and received an immediate response the next morning and the goods were shipped immediately.
I didn't care for the Fedex experience which as nothing to do with your service. Communication issues because of importing goods.
The box was damaged on the corner and was open to the inside but their was no damage to the jacket.
