Great service but you pay a premium for it.
Ordered toner online and received it next day which was impressive indeed. The only downside is the very high cost of the toner.

Wonderful service! - Almost perfect.
Buying a guitar online did seem daunting. It's a personal item and a gift for my teenage son. He wanted an Ibanez electro acoustic in exotic wood which we saw in a music shop and the same guitar was for sale with Gak at an unbeatable price. I phoned up Gak and they were very helpful and reassuring so I ordered the item yesterday and it arrived today.
It is beautiful with a lovely close action.
One slight problem - the one we looked at had the same wood pattern as the photo on the Gak website which we ordered from. The one received is the correct guitar but the wood effect is not the same as the photo and the guitar we saw.
It is still a lovely instrument and I hope my son isn't disappointed with the different appearance. That does worry me a bit as you can never really predict teenagers.
