Great offers, easy service but refunds take a little time

I love wowcher and find that deals appeal to me on a regular basis which I often buy. I use this for everything from jewellery to tattoo removal. The only criticism I have is that I asked for a refund 3 weeks ago as wowcher credit and still don't know when it will be completed - I trust that it will but I like these things to happen quickly so that I don't lose track.
