I ordered the bed to be delivered by 1 pm. When it was late, I tried phoning customer service but initially couldn't get through. Eventually I did and the person contacted the courier but they couldn't get hold of the driver. However, the company did promise to refund the early delivery charge.
The driver arrived at 3.30 pm but without any explanation or apology why he was late.
