very poor service

I made an order a week ago and it still has not arrived even though I choose next day delivery. It's a shame because I have used them many times in the past. I am requesting a refund. The customer service is very bad, so far I have sent two emails with unsatisfactory responses. I'm about to send the third and final email after writing this review.
