Great webshop with fantastic customer service!

I have purchased a pair of Gore Countdown III gloves and they where too small. I have contacted customer service got through straight away they did not put me on hold and sorted my issue out within a minute. I have sent the item back free with Collect+ then forgot to put a note. I sent them an email with the order number and sorted the issue out again straight away and replied quickly.

I am really happy with the customer service they have provided and that is the most important in a webshop I think as there is no personal contact with the dealer.

I would recommend this shop to everyone with confidence!
