Sparkling service and first class product!

Like many, I was nervous and a bit skeptical about making such a large (and important) purchase on-line, but I am so pleased that I bit the bullet and chose DG. Firstly, the service before purchase was excellent - Ben was so helpful and patient, really guiding me through choosing the best product for my budget. I also was very impressed with DG's on-line order tracking and regular email updates as to the current status of product manufacture. The estimated delivery time was spot-on, and when the product had arrived a courtesy call from DG checked it had arrived safely. The product itself is superb - so much better than my budget would have bought me on the high-street and in fact, I couldn't find a diamond close to the quality of the one from DG on the high-street, regardless of budget.

I cannot recomment DG highly enough and will definitely be using them again.
