I can't believe that I get a response to my complaint and then and email from Trustpilot giving me the option to "If you would like to update or edit your review, just follow this link."
This is totally unethical to influence my rating and then talk to my about how transparent the company is!
I booked on Ebookers from Canada thinking it was in Canadian Dollars! I don't know why this site appeared on my initial search so I ended up paying 25% more than what competitors had quoted me. Unfortunately there is no cancellation policy and was stuck with paying such an hefty amount.
Make sure you check your currency and I also wish that Ebookers wouldn't try to infiltrate a Canadian Google search as it is very much misleading and unethical.
