Unbelievably awful

Dreams more aptly called nightmares are the worst company we have ever, EVER, dealt with. They should not be allowed to operate a company that provides any service or product to the general public. I'm stating this from bitter experience as these cowboys severely let us down. We ordered a bed frame in August and were promised delivery at the end of September but a week before delivery a phone call from their distribution telling us end of December. So we decided to wait but then another call from a Mr White telling us 19th November only to find another message from distribution telling us the end of January. Phoned to complain and was offered 20% compensation so we cancelled. Dreams refused to pay credit card interest on refund and told us 7 working days; they would not send a cancellation email....

My wife has a back injury and we have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor since the original delivery date in September. I will never ever use Dreams again and I would not recommend them to anyone - to put it bluntly they are utter crap!
