Memory, what memory?

'5 stars' - a good transaction, one which really doesn't stand out, as it's the 'norm' which other companies should strive to emulate! I told you what I wanted, you delivered, with good communications, despatched quickly and well packaged.
The irony is, that if you had failed in any of the above (which you did not) the transaction would have been 'more memorable', for the wrong reasons. Thank you for a very 'unmemorable' transaction, may I have many more!
