How about this for customer service!
I purchased a Printer Cartridge for my Samsung ML-3310ND from Printerland.co.uk (also bought the Printer itself, brilliant price and delivery!) well two days after purchasing for nigh on £100 there was an email offering a Loyalty Bonus of 10% being offered!
Thought that was a bit off, so contacted Customer Services and got a fantastic surprise!
Matt from Printerland came back within hours and said that they would credit the 10% back to me as they thought this was a bit unfair to get the offer after purchase!
How often does any company these days take their customer service to these heights, they had and definately have a customer for life with that gesture alone. But it's not just about getting the 10% back to be honest, its the way in which it was dealt with by Matt and Printerland.co.uk - If only other companies in general took this approach there would be a lot more profitable companies in the UK!
