I placed an order through Amazon on 8.11.12 which was dispatched on 10.11.12. I have just been informed today by Amazon that my package was undeliverable and a refund is being prcessed to my bank account! The problem is, I don't want a refund, I want my package which IS deliverable because the address details ARE correct! If someone is not in the house at the time of delivery why can't this incompetent company leave the package with a neighbour like any NORMAL delivery service? JUST SAYING! Grrrrrrr!
