Contents of Package stolen, empty box delivered to me

I purchased a coat from the UK, delivered to Austria. It was dropped off with my neighbor. When I picked it up, I noticed it was rather light and when I opened it, it was filled with bubble wrap-no coat. I examined the box, noticed that the original delivery sticker with my name (Elizabeth) and address was cut off the original box and re-taped back onto the new empty box. I also noticed a new sticker with my name was placed on top of the newly taped box (Elisabeth). I am more than certain someone on the Austrian part of DPD had itchy fingers and helped themselves to my coat...(German version of Elizabeth is spelt Elisabeth, I am not German) perhaps they thought putting a new sticker with my name would make it look like the shipper messed up, however he did a poor job cutting the original sticker off the original box and he should have known my name is not eliSabeth... but eliZabeth. I have the box with me to prove someone tampered with it, and I am waiting to hear a response- regardless of what the shipper does, I expect DPD will have a reply other than, 'sorry, we dont know what happened, we apologize'.
