No complaints about the actual product--it is a truly fabulous mattress--but the customer service for delivery wasn't terribly pleasant. An hour before delivery, I received a call informing they would be at my house around 10:35am. Due to train delays, I was 10 minutes away from the delivery address when the delivery men called again from my house (mind you, it was only 10:28). Although I apologised profusely and was literally running from the station, I got a lecture from a very unpleasant delivery man about how I should be at the property and then he hung up on me! I understand they are under time pressure but there was really no need to be so nasty. Luckily his partner was lovely and helpful and together we put the mattress upstairs (as said nasty delivery man was off getting a coffee or something).
