This is the first product in a very long time that actually lived up to it's claims. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. prescription sleep ads are less expensive, but do leave you a little foggy when you wake up. Not so with Pure Heath Magnolia Bark. You feel relaxed, alert & ready for a new day.
