i use ironmongery direct due to the wide range of products and the nest day delivery. but now on 3 diffrent orders my delivery has either been a day late and 1 time a replacement order had to be sent . this results in lost time and haveing to reschedule job with customers

I recently discussed with you how very disappointed I was to hear that you had been affected by late deliveries.
Over 98% of deliveries are received in line with our service promise and it is rare to be affected by more than one failure. Feedback was passed to the courier in this instance as we monitor their performance very carefully.
