great advisor and friendly but professional

it was a very informal but professional experience, given that I am a widow and welcome feedback like you all do, hence this questionairre, I thought Mr Ken Dodds explained everything fully to me and I was left in no doubt as to the advantages/disadvantage of what I have applied for.

I would also like to recommend that if it is not the case that many of your professional advisors are as clued up as he is............... I realise that as people get older it sometimes helps when someone is also older too to see it from this perspective. if you wish to have any further feedback on a positive nature just phone me...

naturally I can not comment yet on what the outcome is for the next process, i.e. your Wills Dept. -the legal dept here iin Newcastle so watch this space!
