So I've now been on hold for over an hour to try and rectify a mistake on Tesco's behalf. They have failed to send me an order confirmation which I need to get cashback. Its £50 cashback but if I'm on hold much longer that £50 will be eaten up by my phonebill! Totally disgraceful the amount of time they expect their customers to wait. I will NEVER be back. I've stopped using my local store because the staff are nothing short of rude, Online is now off my radar too.
