I HAVE PREVIOUSLY VISITED VARIOUS ASDA BRANCHES IN THE AREA BUT THE NEW BRANCH IN HAILSHAM IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. SOME OF THE LARGER BRANCHES ARE SO HECTIC, BUSY, DIRTY AND NOISEY, BUT THIS STORE, EVEN THOUGH IT IS A SMALLER BRANCH STOCKS NEARLY EVERYTHING I NEED. IF THEY GO AHEAD WITH PLANS FOR 1000 MORE HOUSES IN MY HOME TOWN OF UCKFIELD, WE ARE GOING TO NEED ANOTHER SUPERMARKET. OUR EXISTING SUPERMARKETS ARE NOT UP TO THE JOB NOW, DUE TO LACK OF PARKING. WE HAVE HARDLY ANY OUTLETS FOR CLOTHING SO AN ASDA WOULD BE IDEAL!
I have just tried Tescos shop and scan. Pack as you go around the store and keep track of what you are spending, including all the special offers. Handset prompts you if it is a multibuy offer. It takes the hassle out of packing at the till. The most relaxing shop I have done in a long time, thanks Tesco!

I wanted an outfit for my trip away at Christmas but the item that arrived was not what I ordered. I ordered a size 22 coral top and received a size 16 black dress.
The item was returned the same day via the post office 15/10/12.
I have now received two statements for this incorrect item, the second one with non-payment arrears plus a text message reminding me I have not paid.
I have phoned the call centre, at expense to me (0844 number not 0800!) and as at
today I have sent 3 e-mails. I did get a reply to my first e-mail requesting return info which I sent the same day but have heard nothing.
