I ordered two bouquets from you for the same week for relatives in the UK and thought "hope they don't mix them up"! You didn't! What I was most grateful for was the confirmation I got straight away in my Inbox and later on that they'd been delivered. Very gratifying, especially from this distance. And apparently the flowers were lovely, so thanks very much for your great service and I shall be using you again many times in the future..
