I am regular customer of cash 4 phones and we always chose to recycle our old handsets. I have never had any difficulties with them. I like the fact that everything can be tracked online as I am not really a phone person howeber, when I have called customer services they are very helpful. They also offer more than any other recycling company which is what makes me love them. Every penny counts lol. Kat
