Shocking

I had a sorry we missed you card left this morning, but no-one knocked on the door to try and deliver. So I call and speak to the depot who basically call me a liar and say the driver wouldn't do that as they're not paid to deliver again. Now the items I urgently needed today I won't receive at all. Shocking service.

Sorry for the initial issue. I see that the driver returned on the same day at around 2:52pm, and the parcel was delivered and signed for.
