Ordered online, received prompt emails confirming my order and estimated delivery date. The emails were swiftly followed up by a phone call confirming a delivery date, and morning delivery slot.
A text message was received the day before delivery confirming a 2 hour slot. Fantastic.
My table, 6 chairs and sideboard arrived at 10am. The two delivery guys were friendly, professional and quick. They assessed the room/door to ensure the furniture would fit in ok, and swiftly brought each item in, and fitting the table legs and setting the room up.
Overall a flawless order and delivery. I would happily recommend, and hope to be back soon for bedroom furniture too.
Order didn't arrive for 5 days, so as instructed on their website "missing items: if an item is not received within 4 days, please contact us for a refund or replacement" I contacted them via Live Chat. I spoke to Sofie, who advised I had to wait 14 days, and a claim had to be filled with Royal Mail.
Once I pointed the text out to her on their website, I was told this was a mistake and will be corrected. Fortunately I took a screen shot only minutes before the text was deleted from their website!!!
Sofie provided no flexibility, considering my item was lost, and clearly wasn't going to arrive. I have never experienced a company asking THE CUSTOMER to complete a Royal Mail claim form, and have to wait 14 days before I know if I will be entitled to a refund.
A total shambles. I will NOT be using this website again. Should have stuck with ShopTo.net.
