I am sorry you think our communication could be better and quicker, we are trying to keep up with enquiries but I think people don't realise we are just an independent ski shop fitting ski boots, servicing skis etc, so we do clear through the emails as quickly as we can! We now have more people on the phones an live chat, so hopefully next time we answer your queries more promptly :o) We do value your feedback!
