I attempted to order and take advantage of group buying however the website payment process failed. I wondered whether I might be contacted, having left all my details, and eventually received a survey request asking why I hadn't ordered. I also received a wine voucher where you have to spend a lot of money to get some discount - useless! In my reply, I stated that I was keen to buy but couldn't order online. Anyway it appears that they don't read their survey results because no-one contacted me.
I persevered and had another crack at ordering online a couple of days later which worked but the group buying option was no longer available, though I wasn't told this until I had had already placed the order - I wonder how much I missed out on?
To be fair eventual price was quite good, delivery was faster than expected but why were 999 litres delivered when I asked for a 1,000? Is this normal?
Would I use them again? Yes. Online ordering is good, when it works.
