The website was very easy to use and although I didn't receive my order the next day which is the delivery option I had chosen, the error was dealt with in a very efficient and professional manner. My delivery charge was refunded immediately and I received an apology, by telephone, from the Warehouse Manager himself who explained that the order had been held up due to an item being out of stock. I was given the option to wait for the item to arrive before my order was released or to have an immediate refund for the item that was out of stock. I chose to have a refund and the rest of my order was sent by next day delivery free of charge. I was delighted with my decorations and would definitely use Festive Lights again in the future.
