cracking specs 1

Hi, bought really nice rimless glasses from selectspecs. After 2 weeks cracks appeared on the lenses where the legs and nose pieces are attached. I tried to contact them but page just kept saying " do not recognise e mail or tag numer ". Very disappointed because really liked the specs.
