Found the motherboard and processor I was after for a total of £30-£40 cheaper than anywhere else online at WAE+. Checked them out and saw a few bad reviews, mostly about the delivery time, so went ahead and ordered.
It was afterwards that I noticed there was a lot more bad reviews out there and started to panic a little, especially when I saw that my available bank balance was missing twice the amount that I was supposed to be being charged.
I sent a question to WAE's "Fast Response" customer service about my worries that I had been charged twice, and have still not received a reply (about a week has gone by). The correct amount appeared on my statement the next day, but the same amount again was still missing from my available balance. I asked a friend who works in a bank about it and they told me it was probably just a technical problem and it would drop back into my available balance after 3 working days of not being claimed - which to my relief it did. So not really WAE's fault there I guess, but I'm cutting a star off for the "Fast Response" ignoring me.
My items turned up by a UPS courier on time as promised, and everything is good with the world.
For anyone that's interested, the parcels seemed to come from France (not Birmingham, UK as that is the office address listed on the website).
I can't speak for the problems other people have had in the past, but my experience with WAE+ was seamless and professional, with the one payment hiccup that was who knows who's fault. Based on my one experience with this company, I can recommend them fully as having the cheapest PC components online and delivering on their end.
I would and probably will use WAE+ again.
