Poor service and very bad experience of DPD

I was at home waiting my parcel to arrive today (15/11/12). I received txt massage from Three network informing me that I was not at home and missed my delivery. I checked my door, I could not find missed delivery notice card. I stayed the whole day waiting my delivery to arrive, even I left instruction note for the delivery driver informing him/her that I am at home to knock the door well or ring my phone number, that is the note I attached front door of my house. I am really sad and very disappointed so I had to rearrange another delivery date which is tomorrow. I am really annoyed the lying of DPD courier.

I'm very sorry that delivery didn't take place, as scheduled, on 15 November. I see that we delivered the parcel the following day. Was everything okay when we visited? Please drop me an email to socialmedia@dpd.co.uk if you require any assistance.
