SUPER SMOOTH, SUPER SPEEDY.

A faultless process, telephoned about 20 mins from Heathrow, was met by a very polite and customer focused employee who was smart and badged accordingly. Once the paperwork was completed(minimal) and the vehicle inspected for existing damage I was on my way. On return, telephoned from baggage reclaim whilst waiting for case. On moving outside of the terminal my vehicle aws exactly where they said it would be, once again smart badged employee approached me to complete the collection. On my way home within minutes. I will definately be using this facilty again and be telling all my friends about it.
