Nervous for nothing!

I have to admit, I very rarely order items on the computer. Makes me very nervous, but I couldn't resist the deal on this Keurig coffeemaker. After I placed my order I was sure I would never see my purchase when I started to read reviews from previous customers. There were a couple okay reviews but more negative ones so I was scared I'd lost my money for sure. I'm here to tell you that my fears were put to rest! I received the confirmation almost immediately and less than a week later got the e-mail that my order was being shipped. Had it on my doorstep 4 days later and it was in good shape! I can't speak for the other customer service departments, but for what I ordered, everything was handled just as I expected it should be! Thank you Coffehots!
