I have enjoyed my first week of Diet Chef, at times I have worried that I am still hungry and so have sensibly bulked up my meals with fresh vegetables,fruit and ryvita and this appears to have done the trick. It is difficult to adjust to portion control when a few weeks ago I thought nothing of cramming a box of fondant fancies down my throat in one sitting. I am ashamed of my dietary intake and have always caved in my healthy eating when just "popping to the shops". Now I have no need to pop out and feel that for the first time in a long time I am in control. Fingers crossed that these good feelings continue and I begin to notice the reward soon.
