Holidays with friends are special, and when it's only once a year even more so. One almost always encounters a few snags when leaving "home sweet home", for admittedly, travel takes you out of your "comfort zone". And staying in new places can either be a pleasure or a "royal pain." To add to the mix -- try doing it when you're handicapped and in a wheelchair! Steps never looked that steep when you were three-years old. And yes, Victoria, there are real-life nightmares.
Not to give up, though. There is a company which is on your side, helping with difficulties when they come up in the rented unit. Real assistance -- joy of joys.
And they're even friendly about it. Now if that doesn't convince you to check with them, you'll be missing out on something good. Life isn't perfect and neither are holidays. There are ones, however, that come very, very close. And Blue Chip is an excellent and indeed rare example of service with a smile! We found a wheelchair "user friendly" holiday flat in Paignton, England and have booked it for our fourth time. After all, half the fun of holidays is looking forward to them. Thanks, Blue Chip! Nice to know the right people ...
