I made the mistake of not checking collection times for the courier I booked with when I needed something collected from work and chose a courier that collects between 7am and 7pm. As they turned up after 5.30, they couldn't collect the parcel, as the building was shut down. I used the instant message service the next morning and the guy I spoke to (Daniel) was really good about it all. He explained that he couldn't get a more specific time from that courier but changed my order so that it was with a courier who operated from 9 til 5.30 instead. Really pleased to get things resolved, and it didn't even cost me the price of a phonecall as it was all done online.
