Excellent customer experience from start to finish,

I needed to buy both prescription meds plus more general stuff to equip our family for a worlwide trip. A great website to navigate around. Easy to find the product you are looking for. Even if you aren't sure what you need you can easily view the lists of products available with concise, useful descriptions.
I both emailed and telephoned for advice and on both occasions had a quick, helpful, professional response.
The only negative experience was a web site glitch. If you have prescription items in your basket and change the amount, it wipes all the previous personal information you have inputted. Very frustrating for a family of 5!!! I did feed this back to the company. If they werent so cost effective they might have lost my business. Otherwise excellent though.
