Really Good Holiday Website!
I was looking at various website, some well known and some less so, for a holiday package for myself and my daughters (18 and 15). I have picked a particular airline and a hotel as a basis for comparison and eBookers was by far the best value for money, and they also had more flight/hotel choices too. We finally chosen a flight/hotel package and even with the upgraded hotel room to a 2 bed suite, the total price was still cheaper than all the other holiday websites with the same flight/hotel (basic room) combination. The navigation on the web pages were really easy, booking the holiday was no trouble at all and everything was fully explained. I also had a rapid response by way of e-mail almost immediately after the booking! :)
I will most definitely use eBookers again and would recommend to friends and family. All that remains for us now is to look forward to the holiday next month!

Great Customer Service and Prompt Delivery!
Ordered a sports camera online as a birthday present on 8th November and all went through smoothly. I then received an e-mail asking me to contact them to verify a couple of things and that's when I noticed some of the phone numbers were U.S. numbers. However, I called the UK number and I think it connected to the U.S. center and they were very helpful. Asked me a few questions about how the product was intended to be used and suggested to me to buy an extra battery, which was of a good price. They also upgraded the delivery from standard to express free of charge as well as thrown in some relevant freebies. I had billing issue a couple of days later and once it was sorted out the package arrived promptly via DHL. I was sent the tracking number and it took just 2 days to arrived from U.S. to my home. Don't listen to the reviews about VAT and duty etc etc. I paid the exact amount quoted on the online price and that was it. There was no hidden extras. I almost cancelled the order after reading some very negative reviews online and decided to give SLRHut a chance and now I am so glad I didn't cancel the order. They are a good company and I had nothing but good sales and customer services from them. I personally would definitely them again.
