I used this company to send a parcel for next day delivery. Midday came around and my parcel was collected - all well and good up to now.
Next day (being today) I check the tracking statues by logging into ipostparcels.com
I am informed that my parcel is delayed! I then decide to ring up (from a number I managed to get on the uk mail website (which is part of ipostparcels.com)
I didn't get an apology when I rang up, instead I am told due to heavy traffic in Exeter it won't be delivered today, instead it will be delivered tomorrow!
I then proceed to fill out a claim form as I am certainly due some form of compensation for this.
I am then messaged back and given compensation.
The compensation being 90 pence!
What a joke. I will never use this company to send parcels again. I prey the parcel I sent gets delivered tomorrow.
I have recently deleted my account .. been on the site on and off these last couple of years. Within the last 6 months are so, I get many notifications on my phone (usually at silly o clock in the morning) saying "this woman is interested in you". When you click on the account, very little information is given and usually just one picture (which all look fake to me). Sometimes they have disappeared from the interested in list so they must of either deleted their account or been taken off by Badoo for sending spam.
I've had numerous spammy emails since I have signed up, now that I have deleted my account it has all stopped.
Badoo claim not to send spam, but clearly that is not the case.
Badoo needs to sort their terms and conditions, and policies out as there is way to many fake accounts and people as well as scam and spam accounts.
Judging by many other bad reviews of this dating site I am not on my own.
Stick to Plenty Of Fish.com
Sort this out badoo.
