Their agent didn't bother to knock or ring the door, I was at home and I saw the missed delivery notice flying in through the door. By the time I read it, the agent was gone. Then I tried calling them and I was on hold 15 mins on my mobile and 23 minutes from my land line. When finally someone picked up and I asked immediately how is it possible to be on hold for so long, he was very disturbed that I was rude and asked him directly about this. Then I asked how come the agent doesn't knock or ring the bell and he hung up on me! So truly lowest customer service level until the end. I would never use them again, it's absolutely rubbish!
I ordered a kettle from them and paid extra for courier delivery service on the basis that they'd dispatch by courier and I'd receive it within 3 days. This was very important as we needed one in the new office. They dispatched the next day, which was great but used Royal Mail, which was over 4 GBP cheaper on their website and that arrived a week later. Meanwhile we had to buy another kettle and they never accepted any wrong doing, although my order stated clearly expedite delivery by Fedex or DHL. In the end they said they'd credit back the dispatch fee difference.
They'd never pick up the phone, I was on hold for over an hour one day trying to find out what happened, the only way I could communicate was by email and at times it took them even a day to respond.
Very disappointed, will never use again!
