ZAVVI EPIC FAIL!

Pre ordered borderlands 2 a month before it was released, the item never arrived ended having to purchase it else where.

2 months later am still jumping through hoops just to get me money back. E-mailed the disclaimer form twice that they claim was not received BUT i got READ RECEIPT stating it was not read and deleted!

They set the item back after I told them not to bother I sent it back to them and now I have to send proof of postage as they claim they have not received it, lucky I had Royal Mail tracking on it. Still ongoing I will get my money back
